CANADA, Kitchener. Mary Berry, daughter of farmer and writer Wendell Berry, is a guest speaker at a special Fermented Thoughts evening at Fresh Ground, part of The Working Centre. Fermented Thoughts is a regular event where topics are discussed in an informal setting. A one day event called Daily Circus is the culmination of a year long series by Fermented Thoughts on the work of Wendell Berry. Mary is the founder of the Wendell Berry Foundation. The largest ever gathering at Fermented Thoughts hears her speak about her father and her expereineces as a farmer in Kentucky.
