A small delegation representing Guatemalan Migrant Workers visit the Windsor Workers Action Centre to discuss human rights and temporary workers in Canada. The three person delegation is on a cross Canada tour and hope share stories and information of migrant workers in Canada and to broaden communication networks. The delgation includes Jose Sicajau, Padre Juan Luis Carbajal and Diego Lorente. Bill Fairbairn of InterPares is acting as host and translator. During the meeting , Winston, an injured worker form Jamaica, tells a profoundly moving story of his injury and the lack of healthcare and insurance support he is getting Canada. A group of social work students from the University of Windsor also attend.
