CANADA, Kitchener. Clarence (taller man with long beard) and Shawn work on the Clean Team project. Their job is street sweeping. Shawn has seven years of expereince and this is the thrid time out for Clarence. Job Cafe Projects, part of The Working Centre, are designed to encourage people to particpate in informal and useful jobs. Two new projects are Discovery Team and Clean Team II. Clean Team I, another component, has been in operation for several years.
