Zimbabwe, Mukunnyadzi Village. May 2010. MUKUNYADZI Tamudzai is 75 years old and bedridden after a stroke last year. The Home Based Care Unit consisting of Marjorie, the Chaplain and MAIKANA Justin, visited to change a feeding tube. Marjorie worked on some phisiotherapy, Justin changed the tube and informed Tambudzai's daughter how to regulate the foley catheter. Finally the Chaplain closed events with a prayer. Justin told me this is not a usual occurance for the HBC unit.
