The ex-workers, who resigned due to constructive dismissal by the owner, are owed termination pay. The company refuses to pay. The ex-workers decide to block trucks with goods for the company later this week. The commnuity activists, mostly Canadian Auto Workers and International Workers of the World union members help with tactics and planning.
